                               Friction and Wear Tester  

Step I
1 . Prepare the the test samples and install with a specimen for testing.

2. We will test the friction and wear for camshaft and rocker arm with this machine.

3. It will be tested in fully synthetic engine oil of sample A in comparison with our
    engine  coating agent.

4. Turn on the power switch, and then rotate the shaft while pressing specimen by use 
    of handle.

5. We gradually increase the frictional resistance between camshaft and rocker arm.

6. It is close to a pressure of 0.5Mpa.

7. There are really loud noises coming between cam shaft and rocker arm.

8. Lubrication film was gradually destroyed at 1Mpa and the test specimen was severely
   damaged.

9. It shows the test specimen that was severely damaged by the frictional resistance.

Step II
1. We will now test for our engine coating agent. It will be tested with the same specimen to be
   used above for only different directions.  

2. Add our engine coating agent of about 10% into fully synthetic engine oil.

3. Install with the test specimen in the same way as mentioned.   

4. Increase the frictional resistance by putting pressure on the specimen by use of handle.

5. It is passing close to the 1Mpa that was destroyed before putting our engine coating agent.

6. It shows the best lubrication performance that is soft and durable over 1.5Mpa.

7. There is no damage at all in the contact area of the test specimen. 

Step III
1. We are going to test in the extreme-pressure and boundary lubrication conditions
    without supplying lubricants.

2. It will be tested in a little lubricant that only adheres to camshaft.

3. It is the same condition as if it turns off the ignition or turn on again. 

4. It does not happen to the wear at 1Mpa that was severely damaged at the first test condition.

5. It shows very good test results that can endure over 1.2Mpa.

6. We can see the contact area of the test specimen without damaging. 

7. From these tests, we confirmed the best quality and performance for our engine coating agent.

8. Your car will be maintained with the best performance like new car while using our premium engine coating agent.
